What is a Mother Blessing?

A mother blessing is 2-hrs of sacred time and space to acknowledge the physical, emotional, mental, hormonal and spiritual transformation that you go through when becoming a mother. This transition can bring with it a whole host of emotions and this is the space to process, be heard, rest and heal.

The blessing involves a blend of EFT, meditation, journalling and deeply relaxing Sound Healing.

Who is it for?

This session is the most beautiful gift for any mother. If you had c-birth, we will need to wait 2-months before we can do sound massage, although sound bath is ok. Message to find out more.
