What is this programme?

Mothered is a 12-week journey that will heal unprocessed emotions and limiting narratives from your past through private sessions, alongside empowering you with tools and practises that will help you to connect deeply with yourself, regulate your own emotions and discover your ability to self-heal

The more you can regulate your own emotions and love all parts of your being, the more freedom you will feel within yourself and the more equipped you will feel to support your kids

Private Healing Sessions

The private sessions will focus on healing any core issues, triggers, trauma or unprocessed emotions that limit you from holding yourself and others in love.

Beth works with a range of energy and somatic healing modalities. You can read about the modalities here. Much of the session will involve turning inwards to sink into your body and feelings. Here we explore your triggers and inquire into the narratives, beliefs and patterns with the intention of integrating your whole self and embodying new and more loving ways of being. The sessions are tailored to the individual. Beth has a reputation for creating a deep feeling of safety. It is from this place of safety that clients can access their own self-healing.

A key aspect of this journey is discovering how to embody self-love, regulate your emotions and self-heal. You will receive a resource that will guide you through the following areas:

  • Understand your Nervous System with mapping techniques

  • Mindful Somatic Awareness through meditation and somatic practises

  • Self-regulation through meditation, somatic practises and EFT

  • Self-Mothering & Self-Healing through embodiment and meditation

  • Embodiment of your whole, wise and worthy self

  • 6 x private 75min sessions (online or in person)

  • Good Inside book 

  • Ongoing support via telegram to mentor you through the process

The investment

  • Higher income earner - £1,050

  • Lower income earner - £900

Can be paid in full or instalments.
