Deep Healing, Emotion Regulation & Embodied Self-Love for Mothers


What is this programme?

Mothered is a 12-week journey that is a blend of private sessions for deep healing, alongside mentoring that will empower you with tools and practises to connect deeply with yourself, regulate your own emotions and discover your ability to self-heal

The more you can regulate your own emotions and love all parts of your being, the more freedom you will feel within yourself and the more equipped you will feel to support your kids

The most significant changes for me were learning how to look within myself for the answer, how to feel & regulate my emotions, how to consistently check in with myself.

Private Healing Sessions

The private sessions will focus on healing any core issues, triggers, trauma or unprocessed emotions that limit you from holding yourself and others in love.

Beth works with a range of energy and somatic healing modalities. You can read about the modalities here. Much of the session will involve turning inwards to sink into your body and feelings. Here we explore your triggers / issues and will uncover the root cause of your emotions. We will explore the narratives, beliefs and patterns that have been formed by your younger self with the intention of integrating these parts into your ‘now’, wise, worthy self. Unprocessed emotion and energy is released through Emotional Freedom Technique, Somatic Healing and ThetaHealing.

mentoring for embodied self-care

A key aspect of this journey is discovering how to regulate your emotions and self-heal. You will receive an Embodied Self-Care Resource that will provide recordings and guidance to help you integrate meditation, somatic & self-love practises, Emotional Freedom Technique and journalling into your daily life. They will support the following areas:

The investment

  • Higher income earner - £900

  • Lower income earner - £750

Can be paid in full or instalments. If money is a barrier, please connect with me.

When and where?

Sessions times are flexible but most will be during school hours. I have some limited avail for 6pm appointments.

Sessions can be in-person or online.
