This is a 30min online session for any Mother that feels like she needs some support to express her emotions and to come back to a more regulated space.

We will work together to express what is rising within and to provide you with the resource to move forward in a more regulated way.

These are online sessions and we will draw upon different tools and strategies that help to express emotions in empowered ways. As emotion is lovingly supported and expressed, new awareness, wisdom and resource comes in.

I will hold a loving and safe space for you to express.
