Special circle for special little women

These sessions are precious time for Mothers & Daughters to come and connect, slow down with beautiful rituals, explore emotions, have fun and grow in confidence.

SUMMER CIRCLE - SELF CONFIDENCE AND SUPPORTING EACH OTHER

The session will always flow with the girls energy on the day but these are the suggested activities:

• Grounding practises & gorgeous rituals to arrive into the space and into themselves

• Friendship - use candles to discuss how we are all unique and how has friends we should be helping each other to shine brighter. Discuss concept of both having confidence in own light AND encouraging others. Explore comparing and competing.

• Teamwork games - to build upon the sense of supporting each other, we will play some fun teamwork games

• Fun Movement - to raise vibe and create summer joy

• Self confidence meditation

• Summer craft project - making friendship bracelets

• Closing rituals

We will always create opportunities to share thoughts & feelings to encourage self expression but this is always an invitation & not an obligation.

As an Emotional Healing Therapist, I will incorporate EFT, breathing, movement whenever it feels relevant to demonstrate how these practises can support them in their lives.

Who is this for?

Approx 8-11 years (although we are open to different ages if the session appeals)

My daughter is 13 years and will participate, assist and support
